Execute, Review & Revise

Is what you are doing working? You come this far, you've given yourself the gift of time and taken a look at your values and principles, You know why specifics and clarity when you write your goals is critical, why you need to be able to measure your progress, how to have confidence that you created the right goal for you and the importance of a deadline.

You've emailed for a goal setting template with examples to assist you in making sure your goal is specific, measurable, realistic, achievable and time bound.

You are practically golden.

I do have two more steps for you.

  1. Set a reminder weekly and monthly and take time to review your progress. Celebrate your successes, make this a fun task. For me, it's a cup of tea and colored pens. Think about how things are working, are you on track? What went well? What can be improved? Make notes in your calendar or journal.

  2. Take the information you just uncovered in step 1, and revise and tweak your approach, if necessary.

Your challenge for today is to take action. If you haven't yet - then do get your goal setting worksheet and fill it out. Then schedule your reviews in your calendar. Congratulations! You are on your way to setting and achieving whatever you put your mind to. There are endless tips and techniques to inspire you to keep the focus, to reward yourself for daily activities, for progress, for insights. Get started now, and stay tuned for more.
